DNN Modules De-supported in 7.5.0

The following DNN modules are de-supported, as they have been replaced by new .NET controls. Personify will evaluate the new .NET controls as they relate to their customers’ needs, and consider using them appropriately, to ease the eventual migration once we de-support the DNN controls with 7.5.0. These include:

·            Online Store, Product Listing, and Advanced Product Marketing – 7.4.0 SP1 or higher

·            Profile Management, Individual Membership Application and Renewal – 7.4.2

DNN Modules Supported in 7.5.0

The following DNN Modules are still going to be supported in 7.5.0.  We will evaluate these with each new release of Personify360, as we replace the associated functionality:

Each application or a CMS has its own unique login process. Since Personify does not know which application you may use or how it works, our controls are login agnostic and instead, provide a programmatic interface that allows the site, once the user is logged in, to pass the user’s identity to the control. This is one of things that the connector does; it passes user identity from the website to Personify's .NET controls. In addition, .NET controls do NOT need any of the DNN system controls to work; those controls are specific to DNN and that is why they are listed in this section.
