control is specific to DNN. See Using

The LoginMobile web module ensures a smooth transition for mobile users when they proceed to their Shopping Cart after viewing a product in the Mobile Store. The web module works behind-the-scenes to retrieve the customer’s log-in information (assuming they already logged into the Mobile application), so that they don’t need to log in again when they access the Mobile Shopping Cart. This web module is optional, but recommended for a better user experience.

Having the LoginMobile web module installed on a page has no affect on how end users view the same page through the e-Business site.
