Accessing Ad Creative Maintenance

To access ad creative maintenance:

1.    Using the Advertising Manager persona, from the toolbar, select Advertising Order Processing > Ad Creative Maintenance.
The Ad Creative Maintenance search screen displays, as shown below.

2.    From this screen, you can perform any of the following:

·            Enter the appropriate search criteria and click Search to open an existing ad creative in Ad Creative Maintenance

·            Click Create New to create a new ad creative.

3.    Once you open an ad creative in Ad Creative Maintenance, you can perform any of the following tasks:

·            Maintaining Ad Creative Classifications

·            Maintaining Ad Text

·            Commenting on Ads

·            Adding Related Files to Ads

·            Adding Ad Creative Contacts

·            Tracking Ad Creative Material

·            Reviewing Insertion Orders that use this Ad Creative
