Making Special Task Groups Visible in Committee Central

When you click the Make Special Groups Visible task from the Committees as Customers task category, additional tasks and task categories display. Additional tasks for the Committees as Customers task category display, including:

·            Credit Limits: opens the Credit Limits and Credit Balances screen on the Demographics tab. This screen is similar to the Credit Limits screen in CRM360®. For more information, please see Adding Credit Limits to a Constituent's Record in CRM360.

·            Credit Card Info: opens the Credit Card of Record screen on the Demographics tab. This screen is similar to the Credit Card of Record screen in CRM360. For more information, please see Adding Credit Card Info to a Constituent's Record in CRM360.

·            Product Links: opens the Product Links screen on the Demographics tab. This screen is similar to the Product Links screen in CRM360. For more information, please see Viewing Products Linked to a Constituent in CRM360.

 

The additional task categories that display include:

·            Accounting Functions

·            Fundraising

·            Exhibitor Info

·            Advertising

·            Relationships

 

The additional tabs that display include:

·            Order Listing – View the orders associated with the committee. Orders in which the current customer is referenced as either the bill-to or ship-to customer are displayed, along with the status of the order.

o           You can highlight a subscription or membership line item and click Issues Served to view a list of subscription issues served against a publication. Please see Viewing Issues Served for more information on this screen.

o           You can also highlight a line item and click Print Invoice to print an invoice for the order line item. Please see Printing Invoices and Acknowledgement Letters for more information on this option.
