From the Involvement History task category in CRM360, click Product Links. The Product Links screen allows you to view the linked products related to the customer. The table includes the product information for the linked products, along with the relationship, status, evaluation, and grade (as necessary). Click Product Details to display the Product Maintenance screen where you can view more information on the linked product. Click the Main Page link to return to the overview page.
