Adding a Nominee to an Award Nomination

The maximum number of nominations allowed is defined during the setup of the award (via the Max Nominees field on the Details tab on the Manage Awards Program screen).

To add a nominee to an award nomination:

1.    From the Nominee Details section of the Award Nominations screen, click Add.
The Select a Nominee window displays.

2.    Search for and select the appropriate customer OR create a new customer to add an as nominee.
The nominee is added to the grid. By default, the new nominee’s Status is set to "Nominated", the Status Date is set to today’s date, and all the scores are zero.

Click on the hyperlinked nominee name to view more information about the nominee on the CRM360® screen.

The Customer Chooser window only allows you to select record types that were defined for the "AWARD_WINNER_TYPE" code.

3.    From this screen, you can perform the following:

·            Add a Nominator

·            Upload Nominator Attachments

·            Add a Nominator's Response to a Nomination Question(s)

·            Assign Reviewers

·            Define a Nominee's Point of Contact
