Defining a Nominee's Point of Contact

If an award has been defined to use point of contact (the Use Point of Contact checkbox is checked on the Details tab on the Manage Award Programs screen), the Nominee Point of Contact tab will display on the Award Nomination screen.

To define a nominee's point of contact:

1.    From the Award Nominations screen, select the appropriate nominee from the grid.
If you do not see the nominee you're looking for and want to add a new nominee, please see Adding a Nominee to an Award Nomination.

2.    Click the Nominee Point of Contact tab, as shown below.

3.    Enter the nominee's Point of Contact Name.

4.    Enter the nominee's point of contact Phone Number.

5.    Enter the nominee's point of contact Email Address.

6.    Enter the nominee's point of contact Employer.

7.    Click Save.
