Application Setup Overview

Setup done at the application level applies to all organizations and all organization units defined for the application. All of the application-level setups are pre-populated in Personify360. Organizations should review the predefined setups, particularly the Application Parameters, to validate that the setup meets the organization's requirements.

System types and codes are pre-populated with required codes, but also accommodate user-defined codes. Organizations must continue to define and update the system types and codes as their use of Personify360 matures. As with other application setup definitions, all system types and codes are visible to all organizations and organization units.

This section covers setups that apply across the entire application, regardless of organization or organization unit. All application-level setups are pre-populated when Personify360 is delivered. Some of these setups are needed to complete the additional system setups.

·            Credit terms and shipping calculation methods are system types and codes. The common values are included, but you can add to them.

The display of dates in Personify360 is dependent on the regional settings on the user's workstation. For example, if your Region and Language is set to "English (United States)", dates will display as m/d/yyyy. To change this setting, access the Regional and Language screen in your Control Panel on your workstation.
