The Personify360 Outlook Plug-in helps organizations consolidate the history of electronic correspondences to build a strong, unified history of all customer interactions. It allows staff to engage with their constituents in the familiar Outlook environment. Organizations can allow any staff member to access and use Personify360 customer data directly from Outlook, even if they do not routinely log into Personify360. The integration helps organizations effectively manage their relationships by allowing staff to seamlessly access Personify360 data for Outlook email, appointments, and tasks.

Frequently
throughout the Personify360 Outlook Plug-In and this Help system, we will
refer to "contacts". Contacts are synonymous with Personify360
customers and constituents.
Do
not use the Personify360 Outlook Plug-In to replicate your Personify360
database. Microsoft Exchange is not designed for high-volume email broadcasts.
Instead, use the Personify360 Marketing component, along with Lyris
ListManager or other email broadcast systems, for high-volume emails.
If
the Personify Actions group is placed on a custom tab in Outlook 2010
or 2013, the Select Staff value may not clear upon sending successive
emails. This will cause the contact tracking record to be assigned to
the user set in the Login section of the Personify Account Settings modal
instead of the user displayed in the Select Staff field.
