Using the Outlook Plug-In in Personify360

With the Personify360 Outlook Plug-In, any Personify360 screen from which you could send an email will now launch Outlook to do the following:

·            Send emails

·            Save them as contact tracking records

In the Contact Tracking (MRM003) screen, you can also view Outlook emails, meetings, and tasks that were saved as contact tracking records from Outlook. Additionally, with the 1.4.0 release of the Outlook Plug-In, you have the ability to create "anonymous" contact tracking records in Personify360 for unmatched email addresses. For a change in Personify360 to display in the Outlook Plug-In, Microsoft Outlook must be launched once after the change, closed, and then launched again. Only then, the change will display to the user in the Personify360 Outlook Plug-In.
