Managing Prospects’ Moves Plans

Once you have made Solicitor and Prospect assignments in Personify, you can manage and review all of the information about those assignments. The Prospect Moves Plan Management screen provides almost all relevant information about the selected prospect, their assigned solicitor(s), Moves plan(s), donation history, and more.

 

There are three sections to this screen:

·            Overview Information: This information is found on the top of the screen on the Prospect Moves Plan Information and Prospect Information tabs and includes basic information such as prospect name, address, communication information, assigned solicitor/volunteer, Moves plan stage and status, etc. For more information, please see Reviewing a Prospect's Moves Plan Information.

·            Plan Information: This is found under the Prospect Moves Plan Information tab, on the bottom half of the screen. This information includes an overview of the Moves plan, tasks, comments, Moves stage history, and prospect funding interests. ·            Prospect Information: This is found under the Prospect Information tab, on the bottom half of the screen. You can find information on relationships, giving history, confidential information, scores, prospect’s Moves plan history, and miscellaneous comments. ·            Moves Plan Tasks: This is found under the Tasks tab. Tasks activities make up tasks. They could be considered sub-tasks, just named differently. Tasks activities refer to when a solicitor "contacts" a prospect to complete a task. Here you can view current tasks activities and tasks they have for their prospects.
