To access the Order Entry screen to create an order for a meeting product, perform one of the following:

·            From the Home Page, click Add a new order from the Orders section.

·            From the Call Center screen, click Create a New Order from the Orders task category.

·            On the Start screen, click New Order from the Quick Create task category.

·            On the Start screen, click Enter Orders from the Work with Orders task category.

·            From the toolbar, select CRM/Orders > Order Entry > Order Entry.

From the Order Entry screen, the first step to creating a meeting product order is to add the meeting product to the order. Next, you define the necessary shipping information. Finally, you create a receipt for the order. After you have successfully created an order for a meeting product, you can add badge information to the order.

Applying a credit card payment to a waitlisted order for a meeting product does not create a deferred receipt. The user gets charged for the meeting product even if he/she is waitlisted for it. You would need to issue them a refund if there is not the capacity to allow them to attend the meeting.
If you enabled waitlist for meetings, you have the ability to move to a larger room if you have enough people have signed up for your meeting and have been wait listed. As a best practice, if this occurs, you should change your meeting location to the larger room and take them off the wait list.
