Personas

A persona represents the role of an individual who works with Personify360. You have the ability to subscribe to one or more personas. Personify360 comes with a set of default personas that you can add, delete, and modify to meet your requirements. There are two levels of predefined-personas:

· A manager-level persona that is predefined with system administration/setup-related menu items

· An operator-level persona that does not have system administration/setup-related menu items

The persona determines what kind of experience the user will have, such as the following:

· Homepage displayed upon initial login

· Ribbon bar options

The user ID determines view/insert/modify/delete permissions for each screen set by your system administrator.

You can define personas in the System Administration menu and can create new ones by simply adding a new persona or by copying an existing persona. Personify360 allows you to rename and modify the copied persona. For more information, please see Defining Personas.
