As of the 7.3.1 release, additional objects have been added to the All Order Entry, Customer, Committee, and Fundraising universes, which provide the capability to navigate to a particular record in Personify360 from the Data Analyzer report. Once the object has been added to a report and the report has been saved, the object will be displayed as a hyperlink in the report. Clicking the hyperlink on the report will take you to the appropriate record in Personify360.
The report must be in View mode only for the hyperlinks to work.
As of 7.6.1 and BI 4.1 SP7, by default, Data Analyzer will open in your default web browser. This can be changed in the back office config file if you want to open Data Analyzer within Personify360 Operations. Linked objects will only work when Data Analyzer opens within Personify360 Operations.
For example, if you create a report using the Link to Ship Customer object (see table below), the link will take you to the ship-to customer’s record in Customer Central.
If an alias has been configured to open a specified screen, the linked object will open the defined screen. For example, if the XYZ Persona has been defined to open CUSExpress instead of CUSCentral, when you click the linked object, the customer will be displayed in CUSExpress.
