Viewing a Constituent's Sphere of Influence

From the Relationships task category in CRM360®, click Sphere of Influence. The Sphere of Influence screen displays a hierarchical tree view, shown below, of all constituents related to the selected constituent, along with their specific relationship to the constituent and any relationships they have with other constituents. You can also select the Current Relationships checkbox to filter only current relationships. Click the Expand All link to fully expand each level in the tree, as shown below. Click Collapse All to hide all relationships under the root level constituent.

 

In the example below, John Smith is the selected constituent, ABC Corporation is John Smith’s employer, and you can drill down further so see all of ABC Corporation's relationships. This hierarchical tree is interactive. You can double-click a record to open the constituent in CRM360. You can also right-click the constituent to view the Quick View Customer screen or the company’s employees. Click the Add Relationship button to add a new relationship.
