Hotel Blocking, now known as Hotel Reservation, is handled through a combination of Personify and a third party, known as Passkey.
Passkey Hotel Reservation functionality allows administrators and users of Personify Back Office and e-Business to reserve hotel rooms online through Passkey. Reservations made in Passkey synchronize with Personify Back Office and e-Business to provide an intuitive, fluid interface and reservation system.
To block hotels for a meeting, perform the following tasks:
1. Installing the Passkey Callback Site
2. Registering the Callback Website Operation URLS at Passkey
3. Configuring Passkey in Personify
4. Setting Up the Hotel Reservation Functionality for Meetings
5. Configuring and Accessing Passkey Hotel Reservations with Orders
