As of 7.4.1, the ADD_CRM360_DATA SQL job is responsible for running the stored procedures used to refresh the data on the CRM360® Overview screen. As of 7.5.0, this also includes engagement scores. For more information, please see Refreshing the Overview and Involvement Sections in CRM360.
As of 7.5.0, if your organization uses a third-party online community and would like to store a community score value, you can do so by sending data via a web service. The data sent can be a new record or an update to an existing record. The stored procedure being called is CRM360_Add_Social_Data. For more information, please see Adding Third-Party Social Scores.
