If
there is a previous version of the Outlook Plug-In installed on the client's
machine, uninstall it before proceeding to the first step.The plug-in files need to be installed on each of your client's machines. To perform the client side installation:
If
there is a previous version of the Outlook Plug-In installed on the client's

1. If necessary, install the add-in prerequisites.
This step
is only necessary if this is the first time that the plug-in is being
installed on the client's machine. If the plug-in has been previously
installed, you can proceed to installing
the plug-in by a system administrator.
2. Extract the files to your local machine.
4. Restart Outlook and verify the plug-in was successfully installed.
5. Configure the account settings.
