The Personify Data Import Utility should only be used post go-live.Personify360 supports a new integration with a commercially available data migration utility, making it easier for you to update and modify constituent information in your database with information from third-party vendors. The Personify Data Import Utility is built on the Scribe Online platform (http://www.scribesoft.com). The integration with Personify is built as a target connector. A target connector knows how to work with Personify Data Services (PDS) and can take data from a source that has been mapped to the target connector (either an entity or a service operation) and process the data accordingly. The data import utility is a cloud-based toolset created for developers and IT staff. It has out-of-the-box connectors for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Salesforce.com, and more.
The data import utility has been built as a stand-alone, version-independent application that can work with Personify360 7.4.0SP1 and higher. However some entities and service operations that are available in Personify360 7.5.0 and higher may not be available for earlier versions of Personify 360. Please contact your Personify representative for more details.
