In order for this data flow to occur, specific options must be configured in Personify360 and in the Outlook Plug-In. These configurations are done by a system administrator.
The following are the configurations necessary by a System Administrator in order for to use the Outlook Plug-in:
1. In Personify360, perform the following steps before installing the Personify360 Outlook Plug-in:
a. Create a New Network User in Personify360 Back Office for Active Directory (optional)
b. Enable Outlook in Personify (required)
c. Set Up Outlook Phone Mapping (optional)
2. Installing the Personify360 Outlook Plug-In involves the following steps:
a. Complete the server side installation. This only needs to be installed on the server once by a system administrator.
b. Complete the client side installation. The plug-in files need to be installed on each of your client's machines.
