The Social CRM universe lets you generate reports and queries, as well as perform additional analysis on the social controls used on the e-Business meeting modules.
This universe contains the social control usage information such as product ID, master customer ID, the social control used, the social control created and modified dates, customer information like customer name components and primary address information, and some basic product-related information like product name, product code, product short name etc. In addition, this universe allows you to run queries to see how many web users shared a product from their order on a social media site (i.e., Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
