Adding Voter Information for a New Constituent

This screen is used to add voter information related to the address.

To add voter information:

1.    From the New Customer Creation or Add Additional Customer Address screens, click Voter & Other Information.
The Voter Information screen displays, as shown below.

2.    In the Voting Information section, enter the district information:

·            Congressional District –the district or electoral constituency that elects a member of congress. Each state has congressional districts based on population. For example, 1st District or 2nd District.

·            School District – the district that elects a school board, superintendent, board of trustees, etc.

·            Commission District – the district or neighborhood related to the Ward that considers programs affecting the neighborhood.

·            Ward District – an electoral district within a municipality used in local politics. For example, Ward 1 or Ward 2.

·            Assembly District – the district that elects members to the State Assembly. For example, California’s 1^st State Assembly.

3.    In the Additional Information section, enter the FIPS County Number.

4.    Click Save.
