Updating of the nominee’s status is a manual process. It is also an optional process. Statuses can help users quickly navigate through the list of nominees and can help with reporting.
By default, when a nominee is added to an awards program, the nominee’s status is set to “Nominated”. Once the status of the nominee’s nomination has changed, the nominee’s status can be updated. For example, if your organization has eligibility conditions for award winners, after the conditions have been verified, you should update the status to “Eligible”. When a reviewer has been assigned to a nominee, the status can be updated to “In Review”; and after recognition has been given, the status should be updated to “Awarded” for the appropriate record(s). The nominee status is a non-fixed code ("NOMINEE_STATUS") that is defined during the setup of the awards module.
To change a nominee’s status:
1. From the Award Nominations screen, select the appropriate nominee from the grid.
2. From the
Status column, click the status to display the drop-down list, as shown
below.
3. Select
the appropriate Status from the
drop-down.
Values are populated based on the non-fixed AWD "NOMINEE_STATUS"
system type.
4. Click Save.
