As per the contract, the advertiser is required to purchase a certain number of advertisements. The Advertising Contracts Frequency Terms screen displays the advertiser’s frequency commitment, the actual frequency, and the amount of earned pages. You can also choose to make the advertiser exempt from frequency rules.
To view the advertiser’s frequency information:
1. From the Contract Details task category, click Maintain Frequency Information.
The Advertising Contracts Frequency Terms screen displays, as shown below.
2. If necessary, change the Frequency Rule from the drop-down.
Values in the drop-down are populated based on the fixed codes defined for the ADV "FREQUENCY_RULE" system type.
3. If necessary, select the Frequency Status from the drop-down.
Values in the drop-down are populated based on the non-fixed codes defined for the ADV "FREQUENCY_STATUS" system type.
4. Click Save.
