Enabling and Disabling Entities

Standard entities (Read-Write, Read-Only, and Entity View) can be disabled or enable at any time. When an entity is disabled, the system automatically identifies the referencing associations and prompts you to checkout. When an entity is disabled, it is neither validated, nor compiled and published.

To disable an entity:

1.    Checkout the entity, if it is not already checked-out.

2.    Right-click the entity and select Disable, as shown below.
