Subscription Order Exceptions

Certain circumstances may require that an exception be made to the processing of a subscription order. For example, a price adjustment may need to be made, an order may need to be cancelled or refunded. This section describes the following tasks that occur after a subscription order is activated:

·            Price Adjustments

o           Adjusting the Revenue

o           Writing Off a Balance

o           Creating an Advanced Adjustment

·            Subscription Termination/Cancellation

o           Terminating and Refunding the Remainder of the Subscription

o           Terminating a Subscription without a Refund

·            Transferring a Subscription

·            Transferring from Digital or Print Subscription Editions

·            Changing the Start/End Date of a Subscription
