Demo: Installing the Plug-In.This step is not necessary if you do not already have the plug-in installed. You can proceed to extracting the installation files.

To uninstall a previous version of the Outlook plug-in:
1. On your machine, navigate to Start > Control Panel.
2. From the View
by drop-down, select "Large icons", as highlighted below.
3. Click the Programs
and Features icon.
The Uninstall or change a program screen displays.
4. Navigate to the previous version of the plug-in and select it. Depending on your platform and Office version, it will be named similarly to "Personify Outlook 2010 Add-In 32 bit".
5. From the tool bar, click Uninstall.
6. If a confirmation window displays confirming that you want to remove the program screen, click Yes.
7. If Outlook is open,
close and reopen Outlook.
The plug-in should no longer display in Outlook.
8. Now you can proceed to extracting the installation files.
