MBR1015 – Officers

This Data Analyzer query report displays the names of the individuals who are currently officers in this chapter. This report displays the committee name as the header and past officers are not listed in this report.

This report is useful, because you can run it to let you know the following information:

·            You want to know who was recently elected into office after a chapter election.

·            You wish to contact one of the officers about an upcoming event.

·            You wish to contact all of the officers about an issue that the chapter is facing.

Committees that are for internal use only will not be related in Personify360 to the subgroups that are managed online.

Group managers are able to run/view this report on the web. This report is useful to group managers, because they may have domain over a over a chapter but not the officers. Group managers are only able to run this report if the chapter has a corresponding officers committee. If no related committee has been indicated, this report will not be visible to group managers online. They will not see any indication on the web that such a report exists. See Adding Subgroup Officers for more information. In addition, group managers are unable to edit officers' information. This report is read-only. In order for group managers to run/view this report on the web, the Report control needs to be configured to display MBR1015.
