Locating the Last Repeating Meeting in a Series

As of 7.5.2, a new task has been created in Personify360 to find the last meeting in a set of repeating meetings, which will make it easier for you to create additional repeating meetings. For example, if there is a regular meeting that is held every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., using the repeating meetings functionality in Personify360, you can create 20 meetings at one time. When it is time to create the next set of 20 meetings for the Wednesday 7:30 p.m. meeting, you can find the last meeting in the set in order to create additional meetings for that series.

As a best practice, you should always copy the latest version of the meeting in order to make it recurring. For example, you setup a recurring 12 week meetings and you want to create the next set of the 12 week meetings, you would copy the latest version of the meeting in order to extend it.

To locate the last repeating meeting in a series:

1.    From the Personify360 main toolbar, select Products > Product Central.
The Product Maintenance search screen displays.

2.    Click Search to find a product or click Create New Product.

3.    From the Related Task category, select Find Last Repeating Meeting in Set.

This task only displays for meeting products where the Repeating checkbox is checked.

The last meeting in the series opens in Product Central.

4.    Now, you can create your repeating meeting. For more information on how to create a repeating meeting, refer to Creating a Repeating Meeting in Personify360.
