Managing Awards Reviewers in the Back Office

As of 7.5.2, you can manage a master pool of reviewers from the back office. From the Manage Reviewers screen, you can appoint reviewers to a term and manage a reviewer's area of expertise, if the reviewer will review Abstracts. Reviewers can currently be approved for Abstracts and Awards. Reviewers can also be assigned an approved-for code of “ALL”, which means the reviewer can be assigned to review awards or any type of abstract.

If you access the Manage Reviewer screen from the Awards Maintenance menu using the Awards Administrator persona, you will not see the Reviewer's Area of Expertise tab. For more information on this tab, please see Managing a Reviewer's Area of Expertise in the Back Office.

The following notifications have been created specific to award reviewers:

·            Reviewer is Assigned to an Award

·            Reviewer is Assigned to a Nominee

·            Reviewer Has a Review That is Due
