If an award has been defined to require payment, you must select a product as the nomination fee. The selected product will be used in the online nomination workflow, so that nominators can submit payment along with their nomination.
Award nomination fees can only be defined as "Miscellaneous" products. For more information on creating a miscellaneous product, please see Creating a Miscellaneous Product. Please note that the miscellaneous product MUST be also defined to display on the web. For more information, please see Defining Miscellaneous Product eBusiness Control.
If an award has been defined to required payment, a nomination fee product has been selected, and the award has been defined to display on the web, the nomination fee will display on the Awards Program Listing page and Awards Program Detail page, as shown below.
Please note that the award nomination fee will also display in the Full Product Listing in the online store. Therefore, it is recommended that you give nomination fee products a specific product class that can be excluded from the Full Product Listing (as defined in the control settings).
