Configuring the Back Office Settings for the My Assigned Awards Reviews

The following back office configurations must be defined in order for the My Assigned Awards Reviews screen to display properly in the online award nomination review process:

·            Assigning Reviewers from the Back Office
In order for nominees' nominations to display on the My Assigned Awards Reviews screen on the web, the reviewer must be assigned the nominees' nomination in the back office. For more information, please see Assigning Award Nomination Reviewers.

·            Review Due Date
If you want to assign a due date to a review, the Due Date must be defined in the back office on the Nomination Review screen. If a default number of days to review is defined for the review stage, the system will automatically set a due date, which can be edited by a back office user if necessary.

·            Review Status
The "Status" column on the My Assigned Awards Reviews screen is populated based on the initial Review Status selected in the back office on the Nomination Review screen. For more information, please see Assigning Award Nomination Reviewers. The Review Status field is populated based on the codes defined for the non-fixed AWD "REVIEW_STATUS" system type.
