Maintaining Agency Demographics

The demographics screen gives the basic overview of the agency customer.

To maintain agency customer demographics:

1.    From the toolbar, select Advertisers and Agencies > Agency Maintenance.
The Agencies search screen displays, as shown below.

2.    Search for and select an agency customer.
The Agency Maintenance details screen displays.

3.    On the Agency Maintenance details screen, the information for the selected customer displays. To add or edit the agency’s addresses, click the Change Address link.
The Address Chooser displays. Add a new address, edit an existing, view address history or mark the current address as “bad,” view the addresses’ history, and create a new address.

4.    To add or edit the agency’s contact information, click the Change Contact Information link.
The Customer Contact Methods screen displays. From this screen you can add and/or edit the agency’s contact records, add non-primary contact methods, select whether or not the agency’s contact information will display in the directory, etc.

5.    If necessary, change the Agency Class.
Values in the drop-down are populated based on the non-fixed codes defined for the ADV "AGENCY_CLASS" system type.

6.    If necessary, change the Agency Status.

7.    Values in the drop-down are populated based on the non-fixed codes defined for the ADV "AGENCY_STATUS" system type.

8.    If necessary, click the Advertiser-Specific Address link.
The Address Chooser displays. Search for and select an address that is specific to the advertiser.

9.    Enter the Override Agency Discount and Override Agency Commission.

10.  Enter any additional Comments into the text box.

11.  Click Save.
