Before You Begin Working with Inventoried Products

Before you begin the setup of your inventoried products subsystem, you should consider the following items:

1.    What is the structure of your organization? Have the proper rate structures been defined?

2.    Have the necessary GL Accounts been defined?

3.    Are the revenue and deferred revenue account pairs defined for the Inventoried Products subsystem?

4.    Do any optional system accounts need to be defined?

5.    Have optional pay priorities been defined for the Inventoried Products subsystem?
