If your organization’s policy is to cancel the subscription and keep all the money, you can set the order line to “Terminate at End” so that it does not renew. In this manner, the person will continue to receive issues until the end of the subscription.
As of 7.4.2, when you change the status of product order to "T", the system sets the Grace Date for the order to the Cycle End Date.
1. On the Order Entry screen, search for and open the appropriate order.
2. Right-click the order line and select Show Full Line Item Details.
3. From the Fulfill Status drop-down, select “Terminate-at-End”.
4. Click Save.
