The Web Form Designer is a new tool added for the 7.1.3 release. It contains the same features and controls as the Application Designer with the exception of the New Form Wizard and Form Design by Object Model features.
The Web Form Designer is designed to allow you to create screens that are similar to those in the back office, but are designed exclusively for use on your organization’s website.
