Sending an Email to a SSO Vendor

The administrator can communicate with a vendor via email.

 

The Control File is:
DesktopModules/IMSModules/SSOAdminWebParts/SSOAdminWebParts/SSOVendorEmail.ascx

To send an email to a vendor:

1.    From the SSO Vendor screen, search for the vendor you want to email and click the envelope icon, as shown below.

The SSO Vendor Email screen displays, as shown below.

2.    The vendor’s email address defaults in the To text box.
This can be changed if necessary.

3.    Enter a Subject line.

4.    Enter the message that needs to be sent to the vendor.

5.    Click Send.
