Moves Management Overview

Moves Management allows an organization to define a series of activities for individual prospects designed to develop the prospect's awareness of, knowledge of, interest in, involvement with, and commitment to the organization and its mission, and to nurture the organization's relationship with the prospect. The term "moves management" reflects the goal of "moving" the prospect through increasing levels of interest to ultimately become a donor and ardent supporter the organization's mission.

 

This section will explain all current available Moves Management functionality, ranging from how to configure the individual components that make up Moves Management to how an end user (usually a solicitor or fund development manager) would use the Moves Management system on a regular basis.

This section assumes you are using the Fund Development Manager Persona. This is a new base persona as of 7.2.
