This online report lists membership order detail information for former members whose membership has been cancelled within the time period specified by the report user. The report includes basic demographic information, as well as information about the cancelled member's former membership. The report is organized by Member Group, Level1, Level2, Level3 and then alphabetically by member name. The report has member information at the individual level, to serve the needs of professional associations (where individuals are members).
When the report is run from the Membership Structure Definition (MBR000) or Membership Product Definition (MBR001) screen, the primary Member Group and primary Level1 are passed as defaults. This report does not use the Cus_Formatted_Membership_VW, because that view only contains active member records.
The members' employer company name is selected from Cus_Relationships, not from Cus_Address_Detail.
Because this roster is an internal report, no communication flags are checked, the organization's logo is not included in the header, and Customer ID numbers are included.
