This online report lists membership order detail information for members whose membership has lapsed, along with some basic demographic information. The report is organized by Member Group, Level1, Level2, Level3 and then alphabetically by member name. It contains membership information at the individual level, to serve the need of professional associations (where members are individuals).
When the report is run from the Membership Structure Definition (MBR000) or Membership Product Definition (MBR001) screen, the primary Member Group and primary Level1 are passed as defaults. This report does not use the Cus_Current_Member_Info, because that table only contains active member records.
The members' employer company name is selected from Cus_Relationships, not from Cus_Address_Detail.
Because this roster is an internal report, no communication flags are checked, the organization's logo is not included in the header, and Customer ID numbers are included.
