From the Free Shipping Rules search screen (shown below), you have the option of deleting an existing free-shipping rule. When you click the Delete button, the system verifies that a delete is allowed. A delete is not allowed if ORG_ID, ORG_UNIT_ID and FREE_SHIPPING_ID exists in Order_Master, Mkt_Market_Master or Ord_Coupon. If you attempt to delete a free-shipping rule that is used in orders or is linked to a market code or coupon, you will be presented with the following message: “This free-shipping rule is used in orders or is linked to market code(s) or coupon(s), so it cannot be deleted.”
