Linking an Exhibitor to a Meeting

In order for an exhibitor to display their name, contacts, product descriptions and mapping, the exhibit master product must be added as a related product to the meeting master product with a Relationship Type of "Related Exhibition". For more information, please see Defining Meeting/Session Product Related Products.

 

Then, each exhibitor must purchase and pay for the master exhibition product and a booth product with a booth number. Contacts and product information are on the Booth Maintenance screen.
