Maintaining the Roster for Chapter Management

For the Chapter Management workflow, group managers are unable to add/remove individuals from their group. Chapter membership is maintained by the order process (an order for a chapter product must exist). In addition, in order for the most up-to-date Analysis of Chapter Health - MBR1016 report to display on the web using the Report control, you must run the three reports listed below. See Configuring the Report Control for Analysis of Chapter Health - MBR1016 for more information.

In order for group managers to view the most up-to-date roster, a staff member must perform the following:

1.    Run MBR900 to update the fulfill status of membership orders and to populate a reporting table called Cus_Current_Membership_Info.

2.    Run CUS603 to maintain the segment based on who is currently in the subgroup.

3.    The Analysis of Chapter Health- MBR1016 dashboard that was delivered in base relies upon a third batch process, MBR700, to pull in new members and remove expired members. Run MBR700 to pull in new members and remove expired members.

In order to update the chapter roster on the web, make sure you run the reports in PROD mode, NOT in EDIT mode.
