Only users with delete privileges on the Purchasing Group screen can delete the purchasing group. This is a different security right from deleting customers from the purchasing group.For an overview of purchasing groups, please see the Purchasing Group Overview.
As of 7.5.2, if the purchasing group does not have any customers, it can be deleted from the Purchasing Group search screen. You cannot delete a purchasing group if the purchasing group is linked to a discount or rate structure.

To delete a purchasing group:
1. From the Personify360 main toolbar, select Products > Rates, Discounts, Coupons > Purchasing Group Definition.
The Purchasing Groups Maintenance search screen displays.
2. Search for and select the purchasing group with no customers that you want to delete.
3. Click Delete.
