Changing a Subgroup Name

The Formatted Customer Label Name displayed at the top of the Sub-Group Name Edit screen is comprised of the Company and Prefix fields. This label name is displayed at the top of the Subgroup Central screen.

To change a subgroup name:

1.    To change the name of the subgroup, click Change subgroup name from the Subgroups as Customers task category.
The Sub-Group Name Edit screen displays, as shown below.

2.    Edit the Company (Subgroup) name or Prefix.

3.    Select whether or not you want to Include Sub-Group Profile in Directory or Include Sub-Group Profile in Web/Mobile Directory.

4.    Click Save.

5.    Click Close.
