Copying an Organization Unit TRS Setup

The following tables are delivered by the system and never changed:

·            TRS_USER_SETUP_BASE

·            TRS_USER_FILE_BASE

·            TRS_USER_PARAMETER_BASE

When you copy TRS setups, the system copies from these tables to the TRS_USER_SETUP, TRS_USER_FILE and TRS_USER_PARAMETER tables for the Org/Org Unit of the Org/Org Unit open in Organization Unit Maintenance (APP003) screen.

To copy an organization unit TRS setup:

1.    From the Personify360 main toolbar, select System Admin > Organization Structure > Organization Unit Definition.

2.    Search for an organization unit and double-click it or highlight it and click Select Org Unit.

3.    From the System Information task category, click Copy TRS Setup.
