Profile

A tablet user can click the profile icon from the header at any time to view the Profile screen.

 

From the Profile screen, mobile users have the option to view their online profile or log out of the application. Mobile users can also change whether their contact information will display in the print and web/mobile directory. From the profile, you can view the following information:

·            Contact Information

·            Purchase History

·            Participation History

·            Connect Twitter

Contact Information

When a mobile user accesses his/her profile, the contact information section displays as shown below. The Contact Information section displays the primary contact information (and image, if applicable) associated with the logged-in user. This information comes from the Personify360 back office database. You can control the communication information that displays in System Types and Codes. A user does not need to be a member in order to have a profile; they must only be entered in the database as a customer and have login credentials for the e-Business website. A user can click View Additional Information on the phone to view the rest of the options available on the tablet, as displayed above.

Purchase History

From the profile, a mobile user can view their own purchase history, including the date, price, and invoice description of the product, as shown below.

Participation History

A mobile user can view the past, current, and future committees they have participated in the Participation History option, including committee name, position, voting status, and the begin and end date, as shown below.

When a mobile user selects the Connect Twitter tab, he/she can enter their account information as displayed below.
