This batch process report lists all rooms scheduled for a particular meeting followed by the rooms scheduled for sessions defined for the meeting. Each facility will have some set of rooms that are available and can be scheduled for a meeting or a session. This report displays scheduled room information such as room ID, meeting or session start and end date, room description, room dimensions, and room capacity. In batch mode, this report can be generated by meeting or by vendor.
