The Facility Reservations and Room Rentals subsystem allows you to manage room reservations within your organization’s facilities. These reservations can range from internal (no cost) reservations to paid room rentals (order products).
Facilities are separate from the Meetings module. The Rental Facility checkbox located on the Facility Maintenance screen allows you to manage this.
In order to use Facility module, you must set up individual facilities and rooms, as well as room reservation, food service, and option products. This section will walk you through these processes and enable you to use the visual scheduler system to manage facility reservations and room rentals.
