The Household Customers universe lets you generate reports and queries, as well as perform additional analysis on customers within your database.
In addition to the standard name, address, communication and membership information about customers in every universe, the Household Customer universe also contains household address, household member, household fundraising recognition and credit, demographic information from relationships, list demographics, education, speciality, contact tracking, and committee participation.
The Household Customer universe provides the capability to navigate to a particular record in Personify360 from the Data Analyzer report. Once added to a report, the object will be displayed as a hyperlink in the report. Clicking the hyperlink on the report (View mode only) will take you to the appropriate record in Personify360.
